Return Policy

Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received.
Items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains) with all
Wayuu Mochila Bags product tags attached. Defective items must be
reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue
credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please

Please allow 8 – 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your method of
payment account. International refund can take up to 14 business days.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet
our return policy requirements.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our
Distribution Center.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges, all of our products are unique and in high
demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is
no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the return
procedure.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items
Please contact us with a brief explanation about what is wrong with
the damaged item, we will issue you a store credit or a full refund and
you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including
a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those
that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you a confirmation.
